Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers knockout views of the valley and spacious rooms with beautiful kitchenettes overlooking the mountains. The full kitchen, complete with a stove, full-sized fridge, and island sink, provides a homely touch. However, there were some issues with towels and directions around the property.
I have to say, my stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were enormous and had a full kitchen, complete with a stove and a full-sized fridge. The views of the valley were absolutely breathtaking. The service, however, was a bit of a letdown at check-in, not very friendly nor helpful, but the evening and weekend staff made up for it. The location was great, near the conference center and perfect for Burke Mountain skiing. I did wish they were more customer-friendly with directions and towel availability, though. The glazed cakes at dining were a sweet treat! Overall, a great stay with a couple of minor hiccups.
The hotel offers breathtaking views of the valley from the spacious and comfortable rooms, making for an unforgettable stay. The service was superb overall, although some staff could benefit from additional customer service training. The location, while beautiful, lacked some direction for guests and had occasional issues with towels. The dining experience was satisfactory, offering a variety of international dishes. The facilities were fantastic, with amenities catering to both leisure and adventure-seeking guests.
I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views of the valley from my room at this hotel, equipped with a complete kitchen setup including a stove, full-sized fridge, and a convenient island sink with stools. The service was a bit lacking in friendliness from some staff members, but others were genuinely nice. The location was fantastic, though a bit tricky with parking directions. The dining experience left something to be desired, but the facilities were impressive overall.
